This guide will teach you how to perform a factory reset on your Samsung Commercial Display.
NOTICE: This cannot be reversed. Once a Display has been Factory Reset it must be set up again and connected to the Embed Digital MagicInfo Server using the "Samsung Display Set-up Guide"

Factory Reset
- Press the POWER OFF button on the remote
- Pointing the remote directly at the receiver press MUTE, then 1, then 8, then 2, then POWER ON

If done correctly a blue menu will appear

Select OPTION
- Select FACTORY RESET

- The screen will turn off when complete
- Press the POWER ON button on the remote
Once this is complete let us know and we will guide you through the process of reconnecting the Display to our server, after which we can take over the remaining configuration remotely to get you back up and running.
